I. Product Function:
The Steel Fiber Shotcrete Compression Testing Machine is mainly used to test the compressive strength, flexural strength, and deformation characteristics of steel fiber shotcrete. It is suitable for shotcrete specimens containing steel fibers (length ≤ 60mm, volume dosage ≤ 8%) (standard size: 150*150*150mm³ or 100*100*100mm³), and can also be used for compression testing and research on mortar, components, rocks, pipe piles, building materials, various metals, non-metals, and composite materials.

III. Test Procedure
1. Specimen Preparation: Prepare and cure steel fiber shotcrete specimens according to standards, such as 150mm×150mm×150mm cube specimens, and cure them to the specified age (e.g., 28 days).
2. Equipment Check: Inspect the condition of all parts of the compression testing machine, including hydraulic oil level, sensor connections, etc., to ensure normal operation.
3. Specimen Installation: Place the specimen at the center of the lower platen and adjust the position of the upper platen to make contact with the specimen.
4. Test Loading: Set parameters such as loading speed according to test requirements, start the testing machine to load, and record force and displacement data in real time.
5. Result Processing: After the specimen fails, record data such as failure load, calculate indicators like compressive strength using formulas, and compile the test report.
